A practice for every body, every level.
Whether you're brand new to the mat or looking to deepen an existing practice, there's a style here for you. All classes are open to all levels unless stated otherwise — you will never be made to feel out of place.

The styles I Teach
Five ways to practise.
One space to do it.
Ashtanga
Dynamic · Traditional
A structured, traditional practice where breath is linked to a set sequence of postures. Dynamic and strength-building, Ashtanga follows the same order every time — which means the sequence becomes familiar and meditative. A strong foundation for anyone who wants a disciplined, physical practice.
Vinyasa
Flowing · Creative
Flowing movement linked to breath in a creative sequence. Each class is different — postures are woven together to build strength, flexibility and focus. Energising and expressive, Vinyasa is a great place to feel the rhythm of your practice.
Hatha
Grounding · Accessible
Slower-paced and accessible, Hatha focuses on holding poses steadily, building strength and balance without rushing. A brilliant starting point for beginners, and a grounding practice for anyone who wants to slow things down and pay attention to alignment.
Yin
Still · Meditative
Poses are held for three minutes or longer — gently working into the deeper connective tissues of the body. A quiet, meditative practice that encourages both physical release and mental stillness. Particularly beneficial if you carry tension, stress or tightness anywhere in the body.
Restorative
Still · Meditative
Fully supported with props — bolsters, blankets, blocks — Restorative yoga asks nothing of the body except to rest. If you're exhausted, burnt out or recovering from anything, this is the practice for you.

Yes — a four-week beginners' course runs several times a year. Check the booking system for upcoming dates, or get in touch to be notified when the next one goes live.
If you're new, Hatha or Restorative are wonderful starting points. If you want something more physical, try Vinyasa or Ashtanga. Not sure? Drop us a message and we'll point you in the right direction.
